Systems architecture and continuity for manufacturers

Nobody owns the whole stack. Stillmark does.

Your ERP partner owns the ERP. Your MSP owns the network. A reseller owns the backups. Stillmark owns how they fit together. One accountable architect leads one architecture, from the business process down to the hardware.

What Stillmark does

Fractional systems architecture

Decisions that cross the ERP, the network, and everything between them get made by one architect who sees all of it, without adding headcount.

Technical assessments

You get a written picture of one part of your systems, what is at risk, and what to do first.

ERP integration and automation projects

The manual step between your ERP, your bank, and your other systems goes away.

02 Layers

One architect, every layer

Problems rarely stay in one layer, so Stillmark treats your systems as one stack, from the business process down to the hardware. You work with the architect directly.

04 Alternatives

Why not the alternatives

Each of these covers one part of your systems, and none of them owns the whole.

Option Good at Where it falls short here What Stillmark does instead
ERP partner The ERP itself: licensing, configuration, upgrades Stops at the edge of the ERP. The integrations, identity, network, and backups belong to someone else. Works with your ERP partner and owns how the ERP fits the rest of the stack.
Large consultancy or systems integrator Large programs with full teams Continuity work is too small for them. They cost roughly 5 to 8 times as much a month and need months to learn systems that already work. One accountable architect on a fixed monthly block of hours.
Managed service provider Day-to-day infrastructure and helpdesk Runs the network, not the architecture across it. Usually does not touch the integrations or the payment pipeline. Owns the architecture from the ERP to the network, and works alongside your MSP.

Stillmark is independent by policy. It sells no software and no hardware, and it takes no referral fees and no reseller margin.

05 Process

How an engagement starts

  1. You send one email. Stillmark replies within one business day.

  2. A 30-minute call within the week, about what you run and what is at risk.

  3. A written proposal within 5 business days of the call, with a fixed monthly fee or a fixed project price.

  4. A master services agreement and a statement of work, with vendor onboarding in parallel. Retainers start the first of the following month. Projects and assessments start on signature.
